Most fast food drive-thrus have a rule that you can’t just walk up to the window. Strongman Jaden Tyson Laing solved that problem by walking through the McDonald’s drive-thru while WEARING a car. He showed off his tremendous strength by carrying the stripped 800 lb. car body on his shoulders. Then, like Fred Flintstone, he
Red Bull Flugtag asks participants to build their own flying machines with the goal of flying as far as possible off a ramp before crashing into the water. Here’s a compilation of 100 of the most entertaining flights and crashes. Some planes are engineered for distance, while others are designed to fail spectacularly. That dunking
In 2009, “Weird Al” Yankovic made a 3D film for the Orange County Fair, casting himself as a Bill Nye-style science host. Lost for years, the 10-minute semi-educational film is now online, along with the music video for “The Brain Song.” Some gags lose their punch in 2D, but it’s still fun. Billy West’s Norm
For the 30th year, Oulu, Finland (where metal reigns supreme) hosted the weird and wonderful Air Guitar World Championships where 50 air guitarists from 13 countries pretended to shred invisible guitars on metal classics. More than half can’t play a note and that’s kinda the point. “Airness” rules and “Make air, not war” is the
Sacha Baron Cohen’s ridiculously ignorant alter-ego, Ali G, is back with a new round of stupidity. Loosely disguised as a documentary, Ali G: Who Iz I? mocks real people while telling a fictional story about Ali, his pregnant girlfriend, and the existential crisis his child will face as the world acts just as dumb as
What you’re looking at is the unholy offspring of a Jeep and a Lamborghini. Created by Kyle Lewis of Kyle’s Customs, this custom off-roader combines a Jeep Wrangler YJ with a Lamborghini Countach body kit ripped from a Pontiac Fiero. It’s no faster wearing the Lambo skin, but we love the sketchbook art, and the
Two all-beef patties, special sauce, lettuce, cheese, pickles, onions, and sesame seed bunny ears. This wild Big Mac Dunny from kidrobot captures this elusive burger bunny for toy collectors. The 8″ vinyl figure wears “i’m lovin’ it” pajamas, holds a fry dipped in ketchup, and comes in McDonald’s style clamshell packaging. Pre-orders start shipping Q2
When management demands more ’90s nostalgia from Weezer, the band is pushed to remake its video for “Undone – The Sweater Song.” And if the band doesn’t like it, replacements are waiting in the wings. The “C.E.O.” video stars Tony Hawk, Curry Barker, Dax Flame, Jay Renshaw, Rob Riggle, Rob Huebel, Michael Peña, Giovanni Ribisi,
It’s got turbo jets… a speaker set… so we can listen to Nelly Furtado. Wolves of Glendale created this hilariously warped music video for “My Uncle Got a Hot Tub,” a song about exactly what its title says. It starts as a silly romp about a guy convincing his pal to check out his uncle’s
A few years back, scientist James O’Donaghue shared an animation that demonstrated the relative rotational speeds of our Solar System’s planets, plus dwarf planets Pluto and Ceres. Some genius took the video and added faces to each planet’s surface for an added laugh and an even better illustration of the speed differences. Venus is such
We’ve always thought the creepiest environments in horror FPS games are the bathrooms. While this diabolical diorama from North of the Border isn’t from a horror game, it certainly belongs in one. Its terrifying bathtub, sink, toilet, and mirror mimics are ready to devour victims whether they want to wash up, check their makeup, or
Not every movie made by Pixar’s artists needs to be a billion dollar franchise. Rej Bourdages, Tony Maki, and Paige Johnstone made their silly ’70s style short film Fruit & Nut on a shoestring. It tells the story of a lonely peanut who longs to meet a fruit. But after he meets a strawberry, life
